Warranty work must be performed by Refrigerated Solutions Group Authorized Service Providers.
The Refrigeration Solutions Group (RSG) parts & service teams are dedicated to providing the support you need.
Service & Installation
To request a warranty service call or get information from the RSG Technical Services team, please submit a service request or find an authorized service agent in your area.
The RSG Technical Service team handles both Master-Bilt and Norlake branded equipment and is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM CST and on Saturday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM CST.

Master-Bilt cabinet and merchandiser warranties include:
1. Two year limited parts and labor warranty with additional limited three year compressor part warranty on the following models: DC, DD and FLR.
2. One year limited parts and labor warranty with additional limited four year compressor part warranty on the following models: MSC-AA and MSF-AN.
3. Two year parts and labor on cabinet with 18 months parts and labor on condensing unit with an optional compressor warranty extending to five years on Endless BEM/BEL models with remote refrigeration systems.
4. Two year parts and labor, five year compressor on Endless BEM/BEL-SC semi-self-contained models
What is Master-Bilt's standard warranty on refrigeration systems and walk-ins?
Remote and self-contained refrigeration systems feature an 18 months parts and labor warranty with an optional compressor warranty extending to five years
Multi-compressor refrigeration systems feature a one year parts and labor, five year compressor warranty.
Additionally, Master-Bilt foamed-in-place panels are guaranteed to be free from insulation failure for 15 years from original installation by an authorized representative, under conditions of normal use and recommended maintenance.
